En parallèle de la 11ème édition de la Résidence d’écriture panafricaine de la Ruche documentaire du FIDADOC, nous avons organisé en partenariat avec EURODOC une session de formation visant à offrir à des producteurs marocains une meilleure connaissance des mécanismes de la coproduction et des opportunités existantes sur le marché international.
Depuis plus de 20 ans, EURODOC propose des formations à destination des producteurs porteurs d’un projet documentaire à ambition internationale et plus largement aux professionnels du secteur désireux d’approfondir leurs connaissances et d’élargir leur réseau.
Le FIDADOC est heureux de s’associer à cet opérateur chevronné avec pour ambition de poser les bases d’un futur réseau de solidarité professionnelle à l’échelle nationale et régionale couvrant toute l’Afrique du nord, du Maroc à l’Égypte.
Cet atelier de formation à la coproduction internationale s’est déroulée à Agadir du 11 au 13 décembre 2022, au bénéfice de 5 producteurs marocains porteurs d’un projet de film documentaire :
- Ahmed BAIDOU (Tram Production) : « Aller-Retour » de Ahmed Baidou
- Houda HASSWANE (Finest Productions) : « Au nom de l’amour, de la musique, et de la rue… » de Houda Hasswane et Hicham Chahen
- Jean-David LEFEVRE (Abel Aflam) : « Le chameau manquant » de Cheikh Ndiaye
- Ilham RAOUF (Abel Aflam) : « Fatna, une femme nommée Rachid » de Helene Harder
- Khalid ZAÏRI (ZK Prod Doc) : « Hardamissa » de Younès Jaddad
Un atelier dont la tuteure principale était la productrice Palmyre A. Badinier (Rita Films).
Les participants ont également bénéficié d’interventions en ligne de la réalisatrice-productrice Nora Philippe, directrice de EURODOC, de la productrice américaine Heidi Fleisher, consultante en financements et vente internationale et de la réalisatrice-productrice marocaine Asmae El Moudir (Insight Films).

THE FIDADOC-EURODOC WORKSHOP: first session from 11 to 13 December 2022
In parallel with the 11th edition of the Pan-African Writing Residency of the FIDADOC Documentary BeeHive, we organized in partnership with EURODOC a training session aimed at offering Moroccan producers a better knowledge of the co-production tools and existing opportunities in the international market.
For more than 20 years, EURODOC has been offering training for producers holders of documentary project with international ambitions and more broadly for professionals in the sector wishing to deepen their knowledge and expand their network.
FIDADOC is pleased to join forces with this experienced operator in order to lay the foundations of a future network of professional solidarity at national and regional level covering all of North Africa, from Morocco to Egypt.
This international co-production training workshop took place in Agadir from December 11 to 13, 2022, for the benefit of 5 Moroccan producers with a documentary film project:

- Ilham RAOUF (Abel Aflam): “Fatna, a woman named Rachid” by Helene Harder
- Khalid ZAÏRI (ZKProd Doc): “Hardamissa” by Younès Jaddad
A workshop whose main tutor was producer Palmyre A. Badinier (Rita Films).
Participants also benefited from online sessions with director-producer Nora Philippe, director of EURODOC, American producer Heidi Fleisher, consultant in financing and international sales, and Moroccan director-producer Asmae El Moudir (Insight Films).
