La tournée de projections ambulantes du Festival International de film Documentaire d’Agadir s’est conclue le vendredi 29 avril 2022 après deux semaines sur les routes de la région Souss-Massa. L’équipe du FIDADOC a parcouru plus de 2500 kilomètres, assurant 14 projections dans 14 communes qui ont réuni environ 4000 spectateurs sous des toits en pierre ou en plastique, sous une tente caïdale et bien sûr sous les étoiles !
Comme nous le souhaitions, TRIQ CINIMA a bénéficié en priorité à un public jeune et féminin grâce aux associations locales partenaires de chaque projection que l’équipe du FIDADOC a rencontrées lors de ses nombreux repérages préalables en concertation avec la Direction régionale de l’Entraide nationale.
Merci à toutes les directrices, tous les directeurs de Dar Talib et Dar Taliba, tous les militants associatifs qui ont chaque jour généreusement accueilli nos invités et notre équipe autour du ftour avant les projections en soirée.
Une aventure culturelle et humaine partagée par les ambassadeurs des 5 films programmés que nous remercions également pour leur disponibilité et leur engagement : Edouard Mills-Affif et Fatima-Zohra El Hajji, réalisateur et protagoniste de “Dar Taliba”, la militante des droits des femmes Majhouba Edbouche, inspiratrice et protagoniste du film “Mères” de Myriam Bakir, Rachid Jebbor et Ismaïl Moujtahid qui travaillent dans le refuge de l’association “Le cœur sur la patte” où Halima Ouardiri a tourné son film “Clebs”, Latefa Ahrrare et Sanaa Jeddoubi, réalisatrice et protagoniste de “Tharbat’N’Wadoo” Merieme Addou, réalisatrice de “Femmes suspendues”.
Tous nos invités ont parfaitement joué le jeu, répondant aux questions des spectateurs sur les thématiques parfois sensibles de leurs films (déscolarisation en zone rurale, maltraitance des animaux, solitude des mères célibataires et des épouses en attente de divorce) et les éclairant sur les méthodes de tournage d’un film documentaire : le temps de recherche nécessaire, l’éthique indispensable, le respect et la confiance réciproque entre le cinéaste et ses protagonistes.
Familial, populaire et éloigné de toute offre culturelle, le public de TRIQ CINIMA a été particulièrement touché qu’une vedette aussi renommée que Latefa Ahrrare viennent jusqu’à chez eux pour leur présenter son film avec une grande simplicité.
L’après-midi, en amont ou en parallèle des projections, les équipes du FIDADOC ont assuré leur mission de médiation culturelle à travers une sensibilisation à la lecture et aux livres grâce à un Bibliobus de la Fondation Hiba et une initiation à la VR grâce aux casques de réalité virtuelle de l’Institut français du Maroc.
Merci aux partenaires majeurs de TRIQ CINIMA 2022: le programme North Africa Cultural Programme (NACP) du Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC) financé par le Bureau de la Coopération Suisse et Movies that Matter (Grant programme).
Première activité de l’ACEA ouverte au grand public depuis la crise sanitaire du Covid-19, TRIQ CINIMA 2022 s’inscrit dans la continuité des programmes de projections ambulantes que le FIDADOC assure depuis sa création en 2008.
Nous espérons que le succès de cette tournée puisse convaincre enfin les autorités et les collectivités locales, des institutions publique nationales mais aussi des entreprises privées qui partagent notre objectif de démocratisation culturelle, de nous offrir les moyens de développer cet outil et d’élargir son audience en finançant le fonctionnement d’équipes permanentes de projections ambulantes.

TRIQ CINIMA 2022 : Review of the FIDADOC traveling screening tour (Agadir, Souss-Massa)
The tour of traveling screenings of the International Documentary Film Festival of Agadir ended on Friday April 29, 2022 after two weeks on the roads of the Souss-Massa region. The FIDADOC team traveled more than 2500 kilometers, ensuring 14 screenings in 14 towns which brought together around 4000 spectators under stone or plastic roofs, under a caidal tent and of course under the stars!
As we wished, TRIQ CINIMA benefited in priority to a young and female audience thanks to the local partner associations of each screening that the FIDADOC team encountered during its numerous preliminary scoutings with the support of the Regional Directorate of National Mutual Aid.
Thank you to all the directors of Dar Talib and Dar Taliba, all the association activists who generously welcomed our guests and our team for breaking the Ramadan fast every day before the evening screenings.
A cultural and human adventure shared by the ambassadors of the 5 films programmed, whom we also thank for their availability and commitment: Edouard Mills-Affif and Fatima-Zohra El Hajji, director and protagonist of “Dar Taliba”, the women’s rights activist Majhouba Edbouche, inspiration and protagonist of the film “Mothers” by Myriam Bakir, Rachid Jebbor and Ismaïl Moujtahid who are working in the dog shelter of the association “Le coeur sur la patte” where Halima Ouardiri shot her film “Clebs”, Latefa Ahrrare and Sanaa Jeddoubi, director and protagonist of “Tharbat’N’Wadoo” Merieme Addou, director of “Suspended Wives”.
All our guests played the game perfectly, answering questions from the audience on the sometimes sensitive themes of their films (deschooling in rural areas, animal abuse, loneliness of single mothers and wives looking for divorce) and enlightening them on the documentary filmmaking: the necessary long researches, the essential ethics, respect and mutual trust between the filmmaker and his protagonists.
Familiar, popular and far from any cultural offer, the public of TRIQ CINIMA was particularly touched that a star as renowned as Latefa Ahrrare came to their home to present her film with a great simplicity.
In the afternoon, before or in parallel with the screenings, the FIDADOC teams implemented our mission of cultural mediation by raising taste of reading and books thanks to Hiba Foundation “Library-bus” and an introduction to VR thanks to virtual reality headsets from the French Institute in Morocco.
Thank you to the major partners of TRIQ CINIMA 2022, the North Africa Cultural Program (NACP) of the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC) funded by the Swiss Cooperation Office and Movies that Matter (Grant programme).
First ACEA activity designed for the general public since the Covid-19 health crisis, TRIQ CINIMA 2022 is a continuation of the traveling screenings activity that FIDADOC has provided since its creation in 2008.
We hope that the success of this tour can finally convince local authorities, national public institutions but also private companies that share our goal of cultural democratization, to give us the means to develop this tool and expand its audience by financing the operation of permanent traveling screening teams.

تقييم جولة العروض المتنقلة للمهرجان الدولي للشريط الوثائقي في جهة سوس-ماسة
اختتمت الجمعة، 29 أبريل 2022، جولة العروض المتنقلة “طريق السينما” المندرجة ضمن برامج المهرجان الدولي للشريط الوثائقي بأكادير (فيدادوك)، حيث جابت خلال أسبوعين عدة مناطق في جهة سوس-ماسة. لقد قطع فريق المهرجان أكثر من 2500 كيلومترا، وسهر على تقديم 14 عرضا سينمائيا في 14 جماعة ترابية، حضرها نحو 4000 متفرج(ة) في فضاءات مفتوحة تحت النجوم أو تحت الخيام التقليدية المغربية.
وكما كنا نتمنى ونسعى إلى ذلك في إدارة المهرجان، استفاد في المقام الأول من عروض جولة “طريق السينما” لهذه السنة، جمهور الشباب والنساء، وذلك بفضل الجمعيات المحلية الشريكة لكل عرض من العروض المقدمة، والتي ساعدت فريق المهرجان في التحديد الأولي لأماكن العرض المناسبة، بالتشاور مع المديرية الإقليمية للتعاون الوطني.
نتقدم بالشرك الجزيل لجميع المخرجات/المخرجين، ولجميع مديرات/مديري دار الطالب(ة)، وجميع الناشطات/النشطاء الجمعويات/الجمعويين الذين رحبوا بسخاء بضيفاتنا/ضيوفنا وفريقنا حول مائدة الإفطار الرمضاني بشكل يومي قبل بدء العروض المسائية.
لقد شكلت هذه الجولة مغامرة ثقافية وإنسانية تشاركها سفراء/سفيرات الأفلام الخمسة، والذين نشكرهم بدورهم على حضورهم والتزامهم: إدوارد ميلز عفيف مخرج شريط “دار الطالبة” وبطلة الشريط فاطمة الزهرة الحاجي، إضافة إلى الناشطة في مجال حقوق المرأة، السيدة محجوبة إدبوش، ملهمة وبطلة شريط “أمهات” لمخرجته مريم بكير، زيادة على حضور كل من رشيد جبور وإسماعيل مجتهد الذين يعملان في ملجأ جمعية الرفق وحماية الحيوان بأكادير (Le Cœur sur la Patte)، حيث صورت حليمة الورديغي شريطها “كلاب”، وأيضا لطيفة أحرار مخرجة شريط “تربات نْ واضو” وبطلة الشريط سناء جبور، ومريم عدو مخرجة شريط “نساء معلقات”.
خلال الجولة، تفاعل ضيوفنا/ضيفتنا مع الحضور، حيث أجابوا على أسئلة المتفرجات/المتفرجين بخصوص موضوعات حساسة أحيانًا تم تناولها في الأشرطة الوثائقية (التعليم في المناطق القروية، إساءة معاملة الحيوانات، وحدة الأمهات العازبات والزوجات اللائي ينتظرن الطلاق)، كما تم تنوير الحضور بخصوص طرق تصوير الشريط الوثائقي: الوقت اللازم للبحث، الأخلاقيات الضرورية، الاحترام والثقة المتبادلة بين المخرج(ة) وبطلات/أبطال شريطه(ا).
لقد تأثر جمهور “طريق السينما”، البعيد عن أي عرض ثقافي حقيقي، بشكل خاص، بحضور فنانة مشهورة مثل لطيفة أحرار من أجل تقديم شريطها الوثائقي في أجواء طبعتها البساطة وعدم التكلف.
زيادة على ذلك، سهر فريق المهرجان الدولي للشريط الوثائقي، خلال فترة المساء، قبل العروض أو بالتوازي معها، على أداء مهمته في الوساطة الثقافية، من خلال التحسيس بأهمية القراءة والكتب بفضل المكتبة المتنقلة (حافلة) التي وفرتها لنا مؤسسة هِبَة، ومن خلال التعرف على تقنية الواقع الافتراضي باستعمال الخوذات الخاصة بهذه التقنية، والتي وفرها لنا المعهد الفرنسي في المغرب.
شكراً للشركاء الرئيسيين لـ”طريق السينما-2022″، وفي مقدمتهم برنامج شمال إفريقيا الثقافي (NACP) التابع للصندوق العربي للثقافة والفنون (AFAC) الممول من طرف مكتب التعاون السويسري ومهرجان “Movies that Matter” (من خلال برنامجه للمِنح).
تندرج جولة “طريق السينما-2022″، التي تعد أول نشاط مفتوح على الجمهور، تنظمه جمعية الثقافة والتربية بواسطة السمعي البصري (ACEA) منذ بداية الأزمة الصحية كوفيد-19، ضمن استمرارية برامج العروض المتنقلة التي أطلقها المهرجان الدولي للشريط الوثائقي بأكادير منذ تأسيسه سنة 2008.
نأمل أن يؤدي نجاح هذه الجولة، إلى حصول اقتناع لدى السلطات العمومية والجماعات الترابية والمؤسسات العمومية الوطنية، وكذلك المقاولات الخاصة، التي تشاركنا هدفنا المتمثل في دمقرطة الثقافة، لتمكنينا من الوسائل والموارد اللازمة لتطوير هذا النوع من المبادرات وتوسيعها لتشمل جمهورا أكبر، من خلال تمويل عمل الفرق المشرفة بشكل دائم على العروض المتنقلة.
